Common Issues & Quick Fixes
Call doesn't appear on lock screen
Ensure notifications are enabled and Do Not Disturb is off.
- 1. Go to iOS Settings → Introscape → Notifications
- 2. Enable 'Allow Notifications'
- 3. Turn off Focus/Do Not Disturb mode
- 4. Check that Silent mode is OFF (flip switch on side of phone)
No audio when I answer the call
Audio plays through earpiece - press phone to your ear.
- 1. Make sure volume is turned up (use volume buttons)
- 2. Press phone against your ear (audio is in EARPIECE not speaker)
- 3. Check that you're not using Bluetooth headphones
- 4. Restart the app if audio still doesn't play
Credits not showing after purchase
Restore purchases to sync with Apple's servers.

- 2. Tap 'Restore Purchases'
- 3. Wait 10-15 seconds for sync
- 4. Check credit balance at top of screen
App won't open or crashes on launch
Clear app cache and reinstall if necessary.

- 2. Restart your iPhone
- 3. If still crashing, delete and reinstall app
- 4. Your Pro purchase will restore automatically

Force close Introscape by swiping up in the app switcher, then reopen it. This clears temporary glitches and refreshes the connection.

Go to iOS Settings → Introscape and verify that Notifications are enabled. CallKit requires notification permissions to display incoming calls.

Ensure you're running iOS 16.6 or later. Go to Settings → General → About → Software Version. Update if needed via Settings → General → Software Update.

Restore Purchases
If you've purchased Pro or credits, tap 'Restore Purchases' in Settings to sync with Apple. This fixes most purchase-related issues.

Restart Your iPhone
A full device restart often resolves CallKit and audio issues. Hold Power + Volume Down until 'Slide to Power Off' appears.

Reinstall the App
If all else fails, delete Introscape and reinstall from the App Store. Your purchases are tied to your Apple ID and will restore automatically.
